"I was looking over my U/R magnivore deck that i won 200 bucks with at the last tournament i played it, and i wanted to play a deck like it, but also like Next Level Blue, so i decided to build a fun deck that just says no! land for you! ha ha ha."

I like the deck but no counterbalance/sensei's diving top seems wrong. I also would like to see rune snag or mana leak. And if you said this was gonna be a fun deck I might add a pickles lock(vesuvian shapeshifter/Brine Elemental) to either main or the board.
